Some great looking London pubs here......
I've been in all but the French House and the Wapping Grapes, none of them in recent years and none I would bother returning to. I remember an Aussie bartwat getting the right hump in the Prospect Of Whitby when I quite reasonably asked for every single pint in a round to be topped up. Does anyone remember the card that CAMRA produced where the short measure on a pint could be cross referenced against the price of the pint revealing the cost of the shortfall? I've still got mine! It only went up to £2.00 a pint so would only work today in a smallish selection of Spoons. They should produce a Gold version for Central London pubs.
