The barmaid messed up due to some miscommunication and should have asked whether a replacement for the jacket was wanted or a reduction in price or maybe a different meal. I know that I wouldn't have minded getting chips with free onion rings thrown in for good measure. To give the pub a rating of 1 is harsh to say the least... I usually reserve that score for threatening hell holes with bad beer and excrement covered toilets!
