    Default Good news for a change !!

    Hi there,

    I recently reported the Beech Tree, Rowley Regis (38482) as closed.
    I have been past today and the shutters have been removed. There is also an "under new management" sign.
    I have posted a new picture and shall try to visit in the next few weeks.
