Actually, there is no way I can do 23rd but could manage the others. Anyone else have any definite no-can-do's?

Currently not the 23rd of October or 6th of November.

Although I didn’t vote for them as the 23rd is the only one I can guarantee being at, the other three are still dooable for me but the important thing is a quick decision so that I can bag it on the all important house diary before the social secretary I live with fills them up.

So to confirm I can still do the 30th or the 6th and 13th of November.

So as things stand we have two no’s for the 23rd August and the 6th November, so the other two days are looking favourite

As Neville voted for the 13th November, if either Stevieboy or Tris can do the 13th then we probably have a winner.

Almost, but there is one scenario that can change that. Which is if both Stevie Boy and Tris cannot do the Nov 13th but can do the Oct 30th , then Oct 30th wins.
But as neither of them voted for either date it is unlikely.
Shall we say we give them to close of play today to reply. If no reply we go with Friday 13th Nov.

That seems a sensible solution. If anyone is able to contact them, that might be an improvement on your suggestion.
