It's a picture of some scaffolding, very similar to the one by JAQPTIO which oddly was approved.

I agree it's not the most attractive picture but it is still part of the pubs history! I wouldn't of bothered mentioning it if I hadn't noticed the other picture (which was submitted 6 months after mine) being approved.
