And pubs with a rating under one manager and a much better (or much worse) rating under another.
If I remember my algorithm correctly those will all be pretty much ignored

It is a risky thing to be doing. Conrad & I chatted at length about it back in the day and were never in favour as these things inevitably get gamed if they are high profile enough. It used to happen on BITE.
However the site has become quite a niche thing with a fairly small number of reviewers, many of whom know each other from this forum and crawls so ultimately it is an interesting exercise for us to find places that like minded people enjoyed. Supposing the site suddenly gains popularity amongst people who like pubs that show live sports then we'll have some very odd pubs making the list.
Basically I'm saying it is not so much about being reliable as just interesting.

The visited pubs tab is up the right on each area page... so for West Midlands the visited pubs tab is on the page for Bilston, Birmingham, Brierley Hill, and so on...
