    Default Advice from London experts!

Another request for some London advice.
I have been roped in for a day down London this summer. My mate is an "American Werewolf In London" nut and he wants to visit the house used to film Nurse Price's flat. I am more interested in a pub crawl so looking for any other Historic / unmissable pubs in the area.
The nearest pub to the flat is The Pembroke which seems to have a bit of history itself. I do plan to tick off the new Spoons at Fulham Broadway but other than that nothing is set in stone.
    All suggestions gratefully received!
    Cheers,
    Del.

That's a poor postcode for pubs!

Nearby (ish) - other SW postcodes

    The Bunch of Grapes

    The Grenadier

    Red Lion

    The Speaker

    Windsor Castle

You are right. It's not the best area for great pubs. I might only spend a couple of hours round there and move on.
Maybe Holborn. I'd like to do the Ye Olde Mitre Does it open on a Saturday? I've read it closes on a weekend but the website says it opens Saturdays.
