New pub visits 2026

Almost New Year so time to start again.

After my failure this year I'll set the same target of 156 but as usual I'll be happy with 2 a week (104)

I'd also like to get to 2500 pubs photographed - another 195 needed.

I will be targetting 200 new pub visits in 2026 .The PuG crawls certainly help get there,I've got a trip to Inverness booked in April and boating on the river system of South and East Yorkshire in June and July will keep the total ticking along.There are still lots of London postcodes where I need to contribute reviews and ,shockingly ,I still haven't reviewed any pub in Kent.That must be remedied.

Want to tick the remaining Greater London venues with mainstream London postcodes so far not visited - so a few postcodes in their entirety on the E’s and W’s and a few stragglers in those postcodes also. Have a few stragglers in SW, SE and N postcodes (eg some venues that only open Fri-Sun when I am not usually in London). Also want to complete ticking of all venues in South Glamorgan.

A couple of nights in the regular haunt of Harrogate added a new wine bar in Harroagte and 4 new pubs in Knaresborough.

A good start to the year.
