Larkin's-Porter 5.2%abv. My first sighting of this autumnal classic this season.Raspberries, sweet highlights, but undeniable dry finish. My BOTW.

Elusive Refresh at the month-end fest at the Hope
Tasting notes: "Elusive have not scrimped on the mango here - enough to call this a breakfast juice. A dash of lime compliments the bitterness in an ode to the lost sunshine"
It really did have the look and flavour of a (4.2%) breakfast fruit juice, fortunately any lime was not noticeable to me. Not everyone's cup of tea (see what i did there?) but the most memorable of another thin list for me, I liked it.

Btw the Hope's Nov fest, last til spring I think, is a dark beer festival, I don't know if I dare...

    Not a bad week:

    Brancaster Oystercatcher*
    Moongazer Pintail
Duration Turtles All the Way Down* (keg)
    Murphy’s (keg)
    Brancaster Wraith*
    Oakham Bishops Farewell*
    Hop Back Summer Lightening*
    Everards Firecracker*

Up against decent competition Everards Firecracker takes BOTW. Everards now do regular specials and limited editions with varying success but this 5.6% IPA is a winner.
