Thinking about how you could submit links, Fiona, I wonder if you could use the 'dead links' section in That Doesn't Go There, but when titling your post use 'New WhatPub / CAMRA link for Pub X.' Submit the link and then I (or another dwarf) could copy and paste it across. A bit clunky, but at least you can add things.
