Just a flying visit to Ossett, this week.
Ossett - White Rat.*
Ossett - Riwaka.*
North Riding - Blonde.
Brew York - Milk Stout.
Ossett - Excelsius.*
All the Ossett beers were in excellent nick, but you'd expect no less with the brewery only being a stone's throw away. However, the White Rat, on a fresh palate, really hit the spot. Taken at The Brewers 1841.
'And where he supped the past lived still. And where he sipped the glass brimmed full' John Barleycorn, Carol Ann Duffy.
Just Soho on a quiet week.
Bristol Beer Factory -- Fortitude
Fullers -- Dark Star Hophead * (3PT)
and BOTW Kernel East Indian Pale ,the 6% was appreciated in the Coach & Horses.
Next week beginning of the booze cruise so expect a late submission ,the route if open should produce a lot of top ale.

Leeds-Pale 3.8%abv. Golden but flagging.
Abyss-Super Pale 4.4%abv.Resinous and hazy . Keg, but my BOTW. All beers taken at Surrey Oaks, which now seems to major on craft-keg.
