I'm confused where the Office Bar and Restaurant in Dudley has gone?

So I've found it https://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/55719/ but it doesn't appear on the Dudley or Dudley Central pages. It has also been marked closed, but this isn't shown on page updates. Also, it's actually open according to their Facebook and WhatPub.

I can't reopen this bar, it says it's not in the correct state to be approved.

We've had a couple of these before when the system has got it's knickers in a twist.
