Maybe we just need to expand and define the three broad areas of the UK more accurately.I don't believe that we ever meant to exclude Scotland,Wales,East Anglia or the South West. I really enjoyed the PuG crawl to Norwich for instance.How about....
South includes the Southwest ,South Wales ,East Anglia,Channel Islands
Midlands includes Mid and North Wales
North includes Scotland ,Northern Ireland and Isle of Man

Yes, but Tris is having a little joke about Nev's typo. Lewis is in the Outer Hebrides and has very little in the way of either warm, sunny weather or more importantly, pubs. The town in East Sussex that has been mentioned is of course Lewes, which is blessed with both.
