    So any more ideas?
Cardiff has been originally mooted, I have added possibilities of Lewes, Salisbury, Bath and maybe a return to Reading, Peterborough has been mentioned but with a CAMRA Discourse trip there planned for May which I am likely to attend as will possibly Will and Richard I probably wouldn't be so keen.
Maybe BF or someone could put a poll up soon along with any other possible destinations soon, as when this month is done we are heading into spring.

Mrs Ale here. Thought I'd mention Todmorden for a future Northern crawl. Was there between Christmas and New Year and it's a great destination with brilliant pubs

Now, that's not a bad idea - I've only done three Todmorden pubs - Alehouse, Fox (when it was The Pub) and White Hart - but there are certainly more that looked worth a visit.

Trouble is, we're still dithering about 'the South' in the spring...

I agree that we need to get a move on.Lets discount Cardiff ,there is a suggestion that Friday 11th July might work for rpadam,ETA and DaveM although it doesn't work for me. Anyway Brian,Steve,Ian and myself are going to Cardiff for a crawl on Thursday 22nd May and staying the night so if anyone else is free that day we are kicking off at noon and having a meal in the evening. All welcome.

So that leaves Lewes ,Salisbury Bath and Reading as suggestions for the South this spring .Please shout now if anyone else would like to put up a suggestion before I post up a poll tomorrow afternoon.

Let's dither about the South later in the year.

No chance of heatstroke here even in summer.

Irrespective where things land with 'the South' in the spring, this one remains on the table for anyone who is interested...
