    Not much of great interest...

    Brewhouse - Whisky Stout **½
Burrito Bridge - Santi Freeze **½
    Dark Star - Hophead **½
    J. W. Lees - Plum Pudding **½
Kelham Island & Brew York - Paws of Anarchy **½
    Timothy Taylor - Landlord **½
Twickenham - Cinnamon Swirl Stout **½

I suppose the Cinnamon Swirl Stout maybe makes it, consumed at the Barrel Vault and White Swan, so perhaps N1 is the winner here...

    Lille ,Croydon and Borough Market.

Delirium -- St Idesbald Blonde * (keg)
Duvel -- Vendett Extra Ordinary IPA * (keg)
Brasserie Caulier -- Prestige * (keg)
    Lindermans -- Kriek *(keg)
Twickenham -- Small Batch Stout -Oat
    Wantsum -- Heart of Darkness
Tiny Rebel -- Hadouken * (keg)
Atomic Theory -- Two Flints * (keg)
Iron Pier -- Frost Fair *

BOTW could have gone to any of the first four, all sampled on draft but the winner is Brasserie Caulier Pretige,a 9% Belgian Tripel which hid its strength very well ,a fine accompanyment to a hearty Flanders lunch in Estaminet La Ch'tite Brigitte,Lille.

Next week some real ale in Sandy and bits 'n bobs.

Did you go for the horse sausage? The menu looks wonderful but perhaps should be called Coronaire Spéciale.

    Narrow choice but quality.
Just old favourite and BOTW Oakham Bishops Farewell and Adnams Ghost Ship* this week. Both whistled through the three pint test.

I gave the cheval a miss this time, the menu was very rich but washed down by a decent beer.
