    Shakey Wakey.

    Craven - VIP.
    Craven - Gold.
    Lord's - Sanglier.
    North Riding - Citra.*
    Chin Chin - Midnight Tripper.
    Wilde Child - Circadian Rhythm.
    Oakham - Green Devil.*
    Fernandes - Hophead Pixie.
    Tigertops - KSB Kplsch Pale.
    Fernandes - Wacca.
    Fernandes - Empress of India.*

Another excellent week. Any of the starred beers could have won with lesser competition. Not having had Green Devil for a very long time, I'd forgotten what an excellent beer it is. A very worthy BOTW. Taken at Harry's Bar.

Black Iris' Endless Summer, delicious at what is now called Brew Tavern, the old 'cabman's shelter' next to Nottingham Station.

Interesting to see Play Brew so far south! Their taproom is just about walking distance down the Tees from me.

A trip around Derby, taking in the Brunswick, Five Lamps, Woodlark and one or two others.

    Bass in the Woodlark.

    Out east:

    Grain Best Bitter*
    Brancaster Oystercatcher*
    Beavertown Neck Oil (keg)
    Adnams Ghost Ship*
    Moongazer Cheeky Jack*
    Woodfordes Nelson’s*
    Barsham Topper*
    Woodfordes Old School Special*
    Woodfordes Tropical IPA (keg)*

Decent selection in a part of the world that used to be a real ale desert.
BOTW Moongazer Cheeky Jack . A hoppy, 5% IPA. Perfect for warmer days.

    Tamworth,Atherstone and Croydon.

Blue Bee -- Park Hill Porter *
Brew York -- Make it Centennial
Molson Coors -- Carling Lager (keg)
    Marston's -- Wainwright Amber
    Marston's -- Bass *
    Marstons -- 61 Deep
    Sperrin -- Cut & Run
    Oakham -- Bishops Farewell *
    Oakham -- Green Devil IPA*
    Deya -- Hokum Stomp *(keg)

I really enjoyed a very well kept pint of Draught Bass after working up 11 locks but BOTW goes to Blue Bee Park Hill Porter,a strong 'un and slipped down with ease in The Old Bank House.

Next week end month sessions in Hertford and Gospel Oak,hopefully quality all the way.
