My initial thoughts on Nottingham are here, but maybe needs more thought over the next week or so, any ideas are more than welcome, especially first hand knowledge.

Bugger didn't spot that. In that case I think a quick visit to the Wig and Mitre for a swift half whilst waiting for BeerHeadz to reopen is in order. I'll rework the running list and send a couple of versions around nearer the date. Let us know if any new ones make the GBG2025

Oops! My fault as I didn't check the opening times for BeerHeadz. Steve may have assumed that I did. Sorry.
It's easily fixed with either a swift half in the nearby Duke William, or going on to the Strugglers and the Victoria, before coming back to BeerHeadz.
Edit: Or the Wig & Mitre, obviously!
Come On You Hatters!
Your use of A and E to abbreviate the name of the first pub might seem a little unfortunate if anyone ends up in the accident and emergency department after walking up yon hill! What your GPS may have forgotten to tell you is that the Adam & Eve is about 150 feet higher than the station.

Your list does make sense as it concentrates on the city centre and Sneinton .You will miss out on Canning Circus with the GBG listed Organ Grinder,Sir John Borlase Warren and Good Fellow George but the walk to Canning Circus is tough uphill ,and I usually take a cab .Anyway your initial list at 12 pubs looks a good full day.BeerHeadZ is right by the station ,convenient for a quick one at either end of the crawl.

Fully agree on starting with the bus up.
Minor comment though: buses to the Adam & Eve (Wragby Road) are not exactly every few minutes. The 4 and 5 both helpfully depart at the same times 11.50 and 12.20, with the B5 Boston bus at 12.00 (an out of town job, so might not run to time). There are more frequent buses to the Lincoln Hotel, up between the Morning Star and Beerheadz, which would involve walking down past the back of the cathedral then back up again.
Just saying. I don't get on with hills anymore!!
