Although the traditional pub signs still say Devonshire Arms, the newer Hobgoblin branding is much more prominent on the fascia boards of this pub (as can be seen on some of the October 2009 photographs):

I therefore suggest that it might be best to list it as 'Hobgoblin (Devonshire Arms)'.
