Ended the year on 307 new pubs visited, which is under a third of all my pub visits for the year: 1025. Or more than half of all the pubs visited: 581.

Fingers crossed we are set to move mid Jan so I will be back with a vengeance next year.
That's not great for you, let's hope 2025 turns out brighter.

305 is my final figure, a third more than expected at the start of the year so happy with that.

209, so just scraped into my target of 200. Must do better in 2025.

Targets hit and missed in 2024:

    1. Upload all 2024 reviews before the end of the year - achieved yesterday, after having been reasonably on top of things each month.
    2. Upload all 2024 photographs before the end of the year - achieved today, but only just, after having been four months behind at one stage.
    3. Reach 80% of all open Kent pubs reviewed - another good year (now 80.2%).
    4. Reach 57.5% of all open Central London pubs reviewed - somehow slipped from 56.6% to 55.9% (must be to do with reviewed closures and unreviewed openings).
    5. Reach 57.5% of all open West Midlands pubs reviewed - another good year (now 58.2%).
    6. Reach 40% of all open East Sussex pubs reviewed - excellent progress made (now 45.4%).

    233 for the year.

This year's target is to finish off all London's heritage pubs, 28 to go out of around 350; then finish off all pubs with N, NW, SE, SW, W and N postcodes, essentially every pub inside the North/South Circular road.

And so it proved with just 3 new ticks and ending the year on 208,not as impressive as some but keeping up a decent batting average.

Ended year with quiet 2 weeks at home but got to 1023 by last visit on 19 Dec.

Am miles behind with posting reviews, about 280. All done and in draft emails so need to do a mammoth copy and paste job at some point. Going to try and not add to backlog from pub accumulation starting again on Saturday with a few remaining unvisited Uckfield region venues. Only (currently) have one unvisited Central London venue on the site (at least based on a check in mid Dec) - the newly re-opened Widow’s Son which I will tick-off early evening this coming Wednesday.

Target for H1 2025 is to complete all venues in SW (have all of SW19 and SW20 and about 75% of SW6) and the 140 or so in W postcodes (not been a big postcode area for me so far). Will finish the E’s, N’s and NW’s by the end of 2025 with a bit of luck. Some stragglers to visit in Croydon, Sidcup (!!) before picking some new Greater London venues to visit that are east to trek to after work also. Hopefully get a couple of Isle of Man trips to finish all the venues on the island and have 100 or so Cardiff postcode area venues still to visit. Good having NY targets at the start of a NY!!
