What are our thoughts on the anniversary crawl to Birmingham in November? Will the pubs be open freely enough for a crawl and will the date be Friday 13th?

I'd go most places if we can travel without masks. Otherwise probably not.
Perhaps play it by ear? Most pubs here need to be pre-booked, seated at tables only, for a maximum of six. If the same applies to Birmingham in November, the idea that we could book three tables for each pub, giving a precise arrival time, is going to be a very tall order.
You don't need to wear a mask in a pub or restaurant, but as of Friday they'll be compulsory in all shops, which are less densely populated. Makes perfect sense.
I'm certainly up for it, hopefully things may free up a bit by then.

I should be there, all things being well on Friday the 13th.
I want to do the crawl, but it's going to need a change in the current regime to make it both workable and pleasant. I think there's a fair chance things could be worse by November rather than better - believe the opposite of what Johnson says and you won't go far wrong.
Come On You Hatters!
Taking advantage of the Travelodge offer of a free night's stay I'm booked into Birmingham Bullring hoping for a nice crawl of Digbeth on Thursday night and a trip elsewhere on the Friday, perhaps even to the Bartons in Aston.
I don't have the original itinerary but according to the photo outside the Batons Arms on the 12th November 2010, the participants were:
