260 'team members', for 7 pubs? Even if one has rooms, that seems like generous staffing to me, I hope they remain 'safe' though...

On the face of it roughly 40 per pub. But I doubt it's 260 FTEs, there'll be a lot of part-timers. And you've got head office staff, cleaners, maintenance people to think about too.
They're bloody dear as it is, fancy food-led places, more restaurant than pub.
