Closed pubs in Aberdare

I can add a few pubs to your list of closed pubs in our area.

The Black Lion closed earlier this year, no sign of life at the moment.

The Bird in Hand is not only closed, but has been converted into accommodation.

The Boot Hotel is closed - although is said to be reopening soon(ish)

Also, the Bush is now called The Pickled Pepper (as noted in my recommendation)

Hi HTH,

I have marked the Black Lion and the Bird in the Hand as closed. I could not see the Boot, not sure if it is a typo by you, or could be me being blind (wouldn't be the first time). And also corrected the name of the Pickled Pepper.
