A bit harsh, a bad experience maybe?

No specific bad experience but just found their brews mundane .After trying lots of their output and being underwhelmed ,whenever I saw their pump clips on display was a sign to avoid.Just a personal view.

    Default Sociable Brewery Worcester

Anti Social brewery if Worcester has given up.

They never noticed that they were inhospitable in the hospitality industry if you ask me.

Tried and failed maybe 5 times to get a drink, usually shut when listed open, private functions with not even a table or a corner of the bar for a sole drinker having a swift pint or "mean" door staff to prove that the till was so full no more money could fit in it.

Default Carlsberg living true to form

You've probably all seen by now that Carlsberg are planning to close the Banks's brewery next year and transfer all brewing to Burton. No surprise there.

Whitbread used to have the trophy* for brewery closures back in the day, but they must have some rivals by now. Has anyone seen a good infographic on who shut what and when?

    (* - see what I did there?! )
On leaving the bar, I felt a strong blow to the back of my head. Turning round, I discovered it was the pavement

    Default Wild Card played out

Wild Card in Walthamstow has gone belly up with huge debts and the council has reportedly repossessed the brewery. It is believed that one or more of the taprooms is still operating however.

Real shame that Marston's Old Empire IPA is on this list,my BOTW quite recently ................. but I suppose inevitable given Carsberg's dislike of cask.

It makes a regular appearance at our JDW, so, yes a bit of a surprise.
