Or '17 of the greatest pubs for food across the UK - according to customers', or in other words: the staff who work there. The Harp is lovely, but you do frequently get clouted by a minstrel's musical instrument strapped to their backs (The ENO is just behind).

The pubs on this list that I know, or have been to just once, are nearly all ones that I go to regularly, or at the very least am not sorry I've been.
I've had a few on my to do list, and I've added a few more after reading this. Probably the best "another list" we've seen for some time.
I've done 27 and I'm aiming for 15 more this year, though most of them are quite a distance so it's going to be a holiday, not day trips.
