If ordering drinks on your phone and knowing what is going on your tab / who is using it solve those issues for you?

Hmm... how would that work? You order your drinks on the phone: "two pints of lager and a packet of crisps please!" - then what happens? Someone fulfills the order, ignoring the restive queue at the bar, then you pick up your drinks at a collection point, hoping no-one has got there first? Or maybe someone brings them over, making me wonder why you wouldn't just offer full table service; though I would acknowledge that many people now seem to prefer communicating with someone in the same room by messaging rather than actually speaking with them.
