Yes I've added links, also made a quick list of Yet Another Lists extracted from the thread as suggested. Still need to tidy it a bit.

I don't think I got around to weighting ratings by age. It is more about a new user signing up and rating one pub as a 1 or a 10, that would have almost no impact on the list.
