They are just re-launching their website and the url has changed to:
www.yorkshireheart.com
Its still a work in progress but hopefully it will give you the information you want but please message me if you have anything specific you would like to know.
A new one just emerging in Sussex: Southdowns (see: they've even got a website, albeit a little empty at present), based at Small Dole - a few miles north of Shoreham. Currently, they're getting Kent Brewery to brew for them.
Seems there's a bit of an event featuring the beer at the Selden Arms in Worthing this coming Friday.

While this one will probably never get visited by any of you, it is MY local micro-brewery out here
in the good old USofA!!!
It's located where l now live (moved from Bolton, via Chester) in Springfield ,Missouri, USA.
There beer is catching on pretty good in the land of Budweisser (Bud Light is the countries top selling beer!....Uuuuurgh!)
It's a actually located on the same street that l live on in an ex-bakery building.
Click on the links to see what they have to offer, (you'll need to say YES to the "Are you over 21" entry requirement,
Towhead is currently my favourite, followed closely by
3 Blind Mice which resembles the old nut browns l used to drink.

Blatant plug for my mates brewery, pictured on the right in the link in the top photo. Can't believe it's not been mentioned.

I gatecrashed one of the wife's regular blue badge walks around London yesterday, primarily because it was around Greenwich and included an afternoon stop at the Meantime Brewery (or to be more accurate their Microbrewery in the Greenwich visitor centre.).
The head brewer mentioned that he'd been up to Yorkshire recently to help install some of their old smaller kit at this microbrewery and that he rated their ales better than those coming out of the Leeds Brewery.
I'll let you lads be the judge of that...
