Default Derby Beer Festival - anybody going?

I know Derby doesn't really need a beer festival as the whole city is a beer festival anyway.

But they have two per year and the Summer one is the 7th - 11th July this year.

As usual we'll be there for the Saturday lunch/afternoon session.

Anyone else likely to be there?

Well as the silence has been deafening, I'm guessing we'll be on our own then.

Look on the bright side your (or more likley Mrs Camra's) STALKER might be there ,

Sadly I'm tied up with other stuff so I can't join in the fun this time.

Not seen him there before , so fingers crossed.

At least there's 3 different rooms so when he goes for a beer we can wander off elsewhere.

I still have to do Derby, but it'll be a pub crawl, rather than a festival, when I finally get there. (Knew I should've booked the megatrain tkts when I saw £12 rtn for 2 travellers!).

I had Derby all booked up last August, cheap train ticket paid for..............I woke up on the day with Delhi belly and spent most of the day on the bathroom floor. I must have another go.

Father Jack will be lying in a state with "Cheshire Cat" from the other site at Hereford beer fest on Friday.

He was !!! Did you squeal on us?

He'd never even been to Derby before but still turned up at the festival.

Luckily by the time he found us over the 3 rooms we were on our last drinks.

We helpfully told him where the Brunswick and the Alex were.....

Then quickly went in the completely opposite direction to The Greyhound.
