I what's apped my son to say the 2 stouts I had tonight were a 10% and a 7.6% which was equivalent to 5 tins of carling.he replied that for the price I paid £10 I could have had 12 tins of carling.he may have a point although I prefer the 2 can version.

It seems like a win-win-win-win situation to me:

Win 1: not so much weight in your bag coming back from the shop
Win 2: you get to drink better, or at least more interesting beer
Win 3: you don't have to go for a pee quite so often
Win 4: you get to write about it on the forum

Quite, I wouldn't dare write on here about drinking 12 tins of Carling.

Did you try asking for nuts and were offered, in exchange for about three quid, a huge bowl of budget cash and carry nuts decanted from a sweetshop jar?

Found a new bar in Romiley today which was OK and purchased a pint of 7% Chocolate stout at £5 90p whIch i thought was not to bad, however i went across to the bottle and can cabinet with the price ranging from just about reasonable to extortionate with perhaps in the the latter category the the main culprit was a 12% 440ml can of Dragon Dance at a eye watering £14. Cheap at half the price

This is though for a 750ml bottle which works out at £35.60 a pint. This is cheap compared to this, which works out at £86.00 a pint, probably more if drunk in London Fields.
