I didn't like the description of these beers being "weird and wonderful". Most so called "Craft" beers are fairly normal ones that just use hops from around the world, something that Lager has been doing for decades. Some of them ARE weird and not necessarily wonderful.
I also think that all this food matching nonsense is as much pretentious drivel as the more familiar wine counterpart.
As for tutored tastings, just don't get me started on that!
