This really hits the nail on the head (in almost all respects), but I have a particular aversion to 3 (which usually seems to completely miss the point, in that it is not the name that needs to be changed, but the management...).

I thought this one would be a nice round number but it turns out I've been in 5, mainly before, during or after the 38 bus crawl.

It's many, many years since I've been to the White Horse in Parsons Green, Mark Dorber would still have been in charge then, good to see it's still a decent place to drink.

You echo my thoughts but my score was six! Not bad for a couple of non-Londoners.

It's a decent list, although surprised no Craft Beer Co. outlets are included.

Only 4 for me-Rake, Harp and Euston Tap, plus the White Horse on one of the very early, perhaps the original Camra/Whats Brewing pub crawls in 1974 or 75. Not sure if Mr Dorber was there then, but a fine pub as I recall.

Basically no, there's loads of more enjoyable and cheaper places in the Midlands and North. I noticed that no brewdog outlets are included.

I could think of some better ones.

Kent is not a county I stray into often, none of these.

Despite Kent being my third most reviewed County it's just one for me the Three Chimneys at Biddenden and that was back in the 1980s. I've mostly been to Spoons and micropubs neither of which are likely to be deemed historical, hysterical yes!
