Fifty best pubs in five categories, for me one in each of the first three and four in each of the last two categories although I'm not sure the Ship & Mitre could be called a "Craft Beer Pub" in the usual sense of craft, like for example North Bar. (11/50)

At least when it says UK it means it, not just a few foody places in the M4 corridor.

EDIT: I miscounted, I've been in 5 of the Craft Beer Pubs so that's 12/50.

Ha ha, just logged on to post this, pipped at the post. They're well spread out geographically and I've amassed a measly 6/50, two of them in Manchester earlier this month. Not sure The George in Borough is what I'd call a community pub, tourist trap more like.

Doesn't say it is..it's under the heading of 'historic' which is fair enough.

Quite right, the category's started to blur into one.

Agree, it's a more widespread list than the usual. Having five categories is an innovative idea. I've been to 17 (three in the Sunday lunch category, though not for Sunday lunch), and photographed a few more.

    13/50 for me.

I thought it was going to be a lot more when I'd been in the first one.

1 visited, the Ship and Mitre, a good all rounder. Definitely agree, strange to categorise it as a 'craft beer pub'. But deserving of its place in the best 50.

Just 7/50. All in the north. Manchester, Cumbria, Derbyshire (Midlands?? ) etc.
