Had the Dove in Hammersmith on the ‘to do’ list for years, must try and get that ticked off this Summer. Never heard of the Spaniard so will add that to my London list as well!
The Dove is a really nice Fullers house that is right next to the Thames,i have been in the pub twice because i like it so much, get in early dinner and you should bag a seat by the window which overlooks the Thames.
The Spaniards is also a nice old pub situated in the middle of Hampstead Heath, loads of busses go by from either Hampstead or Highgate,i did the pub in winter and it was still packed with tourists, with slow service,i would'nt bother trying to do it in the warmer months.

I score 0/10
It says I have to pay £1 to read the full article but I have been to the one I could see, the Godolphin Arms Marazion. We went there for a beer festival in 2012. There were rumours this year it was to be developed for apartments, but it is still there and open.
Alcohol doesn't solve problems .... but then again, neither does milk.
The attractive picture is of the Bell Inn at Skenfrith - not been there either!
