London Brewing -- Beer Street
An easy winner of BOTW Tiny Rebel Imperial Chocolate Stay Puft ,a 9% marshmallow porter on keg in BrewDog Angel.I wasn't going to have a pint ,so I stumped up £4 for a half which may seem a rip off,but in the area I had been charged £2.40 for a half of shoddy real ale,and this Tiny Rebel brew was an absolutely outstanding porter with none of the issues associated with keg dispense.

"Good people drink good beer" Hunter S Thompson
Definitely a case of quantity over variety, this week.
Great Newsome - Holderness Dark.
North Riding - US Session Pale v36.*
Wilde Child - Pouting for Lupulin.*
Southwark / Greene King - Thames Dock Pale.
Ossett - Summer Fruits.
Riverhead - Dragon's Lair Stout.*
Great Heck - Trafalgar.
If BOTW was based purely on the amount drunk, then the US Session Pale would be the easy winner. However, it's been nominated several times before and the stout was also very good. Containing honey, chilli and liquorice, I tried it out of curiosity, with the expectation it would be a sickly, unbalanced mess. However, I really enjoyed it. Definitely one for sipping, at 7%. Sampled at The Hop, Wakefield.

BOTW Carlsberg - Kronenbourg 1664
It was cold and wet so without even a swifty at the airport it wins.

The winner is the Mystery Beer! The clip had Three Kings at the top and in larger letters below True North Brown. Both Three Kings and True North are brewers but this was no brown ale as it was a pale or golden hop bomb. It was £3.70 in Newcastle's Fitzgeralds.
Honourable mention goes to a REAL brown ale Big Lamp Keelman Brown in their Keelman brewery tap.
On the subject of rip offs the Salopian Insomnia was £6.00 at the Cumberland Arms near Byker so given the Park Bench duty on BF's beer and the possibility of it being keykeg then £8.00 almost seems a bargain especially in a London Brewdog. I hope to visit both Tiny Rebel bars in November so will look out for it there.
