A pub is for life not just for Christmas
A clear winner for last month: the Market Vaults in Tamworth.
The Swan
A very good ale house in this pretty Oxfordshire town,a short cab ride away from the Upper Thames at Radcot.

I often get asked "What's the best Wetherspoon outlet?". Having visited this one for a second time last month it gets the gong. I make no apologies for making this one a POTM as it really is an extraordinary place perched on top of a hill above Exeter St Davids. It does display the things that can be annoying about JDWs but at least I don't recall them taking the money before serving or having empty hand pumps clipped.
I notice that most of the "usual suspects" have not reviewed this one so I assume they haven't visited it. Exeter doesn't strike me as a very good city for pubs but this one alone makes it worth visiting.
Honourable mention must go to this one and this one.
POTM The Imperial Exeter
BeerHeadZ
The Thorn Tree These two were very good but...
POTM The Talbot
