    Kent:

    Tonbridge-Blonde Ambition 4.2%abv.Floral hops,spice.
    Long Man-Long Blonde 3.8%abv.Light,citrus fruit.
    Iron Pier-Wealdway IPA 4.5%abv. Unyielding.
    Goacher's-Real MILD Ale 3.4%abv.A Kentish,earthy classic.

I've drunk more Mild in the past few weeks than for many a long year, mainly because I frequent alehouse type venues. At risk of repepetition, my BOTW is Goacher's Real MILD Ale, taken as usual in Cranbrook.

    Peckham and Nunhead,disappointing.

    Beavertown -- Gamma Ray (keg)
    Timothy Taylor -- Landlord
    Signature Brew -- Roadie (keg)
    Five Points -- Best
    Brixton --Atlantic APA (keg)
    Blue Moon --Belgium White (keg)
    Leffe -- Blonde (keg)

which leaves by default as BOTW Brick Strawberry & Cucumber Sour 3.8% on keg, better than it sounds and refreshing after a poor crawl.Taken in Brick Brewery .

Next week boating through Stoke on Trent ,end months in Hertford and the Harp so expecting a must stronger week on the ale.

    Some more quality:

    Oakham Bishops Farewell*
    Blue Monkey Infinity +1*
    Ossett Silver King
    Byatts XK Strong*
    Ashover Liquorice*
    Byatts Cosmic Jungle*

All starred are worthy BOTWs but this week's BOTW goes to Ashover Liquorice. A 5% stout brewed with whole liquorice root apparently. Very smooth, very drinkable and, if you enjoy liquorice as I do, very dangerous.

    Wakefield.

Blue Bee - Park Hill Porter.*
    Salopian - Chameleon.
    Wharfedale - IPA.
    Mallinsons - Centennial.
    Fernandes - Malt Shovel Mild.*
    Fernandes - Summit.
    Tigertops - Oat Dark.
Ossett / Northern Monk - Force of Nature.*
    Fernandes - Mosaic.*

Another good week, with two outstanding beers in the Park Hill and Force of Nature. The former was powerful and rich, at 7.5% and the latter was the best rhubarb infused beer I've ever tasted, and I've tried quite a few down the years, at the city's rhubarb festival. It just wins. Hopefully, it'll be available next February. Taken at Luis Bar @ Fernandes

    Vocation - Smash & Grab.

Great to see it back in stock so I treated myself to 48 cans.
