A pub is for life not just for Christmas
Six new pubs this month which I thought were above average:
Canton Arms
The Cavendish Arms
The Crown
The Latchmere
The Surprise
Better beer/ownership would clearly have got the score up, so only by a whisker my POTM goes to The George & Vulture.
The best of my new pubs in the last month, not a stunning month thanks to the constant ongoing rail disruption, is The Gowlett,It doesn't rate quite as high as some of the more regular visited pubs in town but pretty good nontheless. My review backlog is growing longer by the week.

Brewery Tap
A highlight of a trip to Chester, ticked all the boxes for me.Spelling was never my strong suit.
