BOTW goes to Three Hills Trium Faba ,an 11% Russian Imperial Stout on keg at Ya-Bard.Intense coffee but with vanilla and then subtle coconut I didn't mind paying £3.95 for a third in such convivial surroundings.

Lots of dark beers so BOTW Roosters - London Thunder had in various places this week.

Ramsgate Brewery (Gadds') -East Kent IPA 6.5%.A real heavy hitter:juicy flint, perfectly conditioned.Epic.A welcome change from those murky,fluffy confections masquerading as IPA.
Brumaison-Flaxen XPA 3.8%. Very pale, a bit thin.Taste of onions.Hmm.
Gun-Scaramanga 3.9%. Crisp session pale ale.

Some very good and different beers amongst the list, the Arbour Cafe Creme was exceedingly good albeit from a can but taken in a pub, the favourite of the week though and BOTW is Cross Bay Zenith, Three pints over two days in The Alfred.
