A very enjoyable crawl, with just the right number of deviations from the prescribed route to keep it interesting.
It was good to see so many of you in my home city, and I've got to say it was a particular pleasure to be able to walk home after one of these crawls, rather than having to dash to the station for a pre-booked train. Good luck to those of you who had to do just that.
Attendees today, according to my notes, were:
Trainman & Jonesy
Alan H
Gillhalfpint & Ray
Andy (Ale&Hearty)
Nev (BF) and his friends Clive & Steve
Oldboots
ROB Camra & Ms Camra
Steve Gann
RP Adam
Dave M & Cider Drinker
Tris C
Spinko
Aqualung
and local resident, Sheffield Hatter.
Profuse apologies if anyone has been omitted from this list - please correct me if necessary. Photos were taken, so watch this space.
Come On You Hatters!
Sorry that I had to bail out a bit early - needed to get to Wembley Arena for a bit of Jimmy Barnes and ZZ Top - so I hope you all enjoyed Kelham Island (and wherever you may have gone afterwards.
They sure were.
