Default Most popular Beer of the Week

Here's a challenge for someone with too much time. Which Brewery has provided the most BotW's over the last 2 years and what has been the most nominated ale?

I had a quick count up of my own personal nominations and found that Roosters and Westerham accounted for 4 apiece. Next were Exmoor on 3 with Adnams, Caledonian, Castle Rock, Conwy, Fullers, Hopdaeman, Millis, Oakham, Sharps, Skinners, Thwaites, Whitstable and Youngs all on 2. 68 Breweries were on 1. I always ensure that I nominate a different beer each week so no duplications there but there must be a leading ale between us all.

I reckon Dark Star must be up there, along with Thornbridge...?

Just the 1 apiece for me on each. Not overkeen on Thornbridge but surprised that Dark Star didn't feature more heavily. Maybe because the more common Dark Stars creep up quite often so I reserve them for a week when there is less competition. The critical Mass I had on Saturday was certainly a contender for this week. Nothing from Titanic for me which was also a surprise.

I've had a quick look through my BOTW list and the most popular nominations from me are as follows:

Dark Star - 5 (with Revelation likely to be BOTW this week, so soon to be 6)
    Redemption - 4
    Westerham - 3
    Fyne Ales - 3
    Thornbridge - 3
    Titanic - 3
    Milk Street - 2
    Twickenham - 2
    Crouch Vale - 2
    Red Squirrel - 2
    Marble - 2
    Salopian - 2
    Blue Monkey - 2
    Bristol Beer Factory - 2
    Oakham - 2
    Fullers - 2
    Magic Rock - 2
with 48 other breweries on 1

I'm not surprised to see Dark Star at the top, as their beers are easily found in Croydon. I try to avoid nominating a beer twice, but sometimes it's unavoidable, so Dark Star APA, Fyne Ales Jarl and Red Squirrel West Coast Stout have all cropped up more than once.

Even discounting 'Thuck Phat's almost weekly endorsements my educated guess would still put Oakham beers at the top of the pile. Citra? Bishops Farewell?

You're quite right A&H, I do seem to have become a little Oakhamcentric. The trouble is that I have a Bishops Farewell most weeks and find that there just aren't that many beers better. I'll try and tone it down this year.
