As noted by John McGraw, the Plough & Harrow does appear to have been converted to a Mexican restaurant.

However, there is still a distinct bar area and I saw plenty of people within drinking beer rather than eating.

It would, therefore, seem reasonable to show the place as having reopened under its new name of Los Amigos.
