February's score: 18 pubs new to me (total of 44 this year) - almost a third of the way to my target.

    9 first-time reviews (21 this year).

We could automate this process, but I suspect Conrad would not consider this his highest priority as it would need changes to the review pages as well as a new query script!

After 2 days in Liverpool and a jaunt around Tonbridge yesterday, the new pub count has rocketed. Now on 76 new pubs in 65 days! Huddersfield/Halifax and Norwich later in the month should keep things way ahead of target!

A very busy February with visits to Chester and Rochdale plus lengthy crawls around Belgravia and Thornton Heath , combined with the Liverpool meet-up has seen my tally rocket to a slightly worrying 76 new pubs for the year so far. Time to slow down a bit I think.

You're right, you're level with RogerB, see Roger's post above.

I'm on a somewhat more pedestrian 29. That's still a new one nearly every 2 days though.

My 10 new pubs in Liverpool on Friday (out of 14 visited on the day) brought my total so far up to a surprising 30. And I thought I'd been taking it easy...

The new wetherspoons in Oldbury and 4 pubs I had never visited in West Bromwich brings me to 53 for the year.

Great to reach my half century in only 70 days. I am well on target.

A trip round Bradford on Friday, a bit of an overlooked beer destination really.

I had 10 pubs on my list, but only managed 9 before the train came calling.

5 or 6 will be revisited I think, definitely including the very good Sparrow, based on Reliance & North Bar in Leeds.

Anyway that now brings me up to 38 for the year.

We are going to Leeds on Thursday. Haven't done the fest before, but when we get put out at 3pm we will go into Leeds. I have a list of 9 to do. Seven I have been to before but hoping to do Hop (new) , Mr Foley's, North, Scarbrough, Templar, Town Hall Tavern, Veritas (new), Victoria and Whitlocks before catching the train back to York.
Alcohol doesn't solve problems .... but then again, neither does milk.
