    Default dark star revelation

"milling in almost 1.7 tonnes of Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt ready for the mash. Hops? Oh yes – we’re heading for 50 IBU’s with a clean bittering hop added at 3 stages. There will then be 3 aroma additions in the brew"

I've let the Nags know, hopefully it'll appear on the swapsies list soon

Tried a pint of this today and thought it was excellent - a great addition to their range and as a 5.7% IPA/APA it could well repeat the success of Thornbridge Jaipur.

They now have an 18(!) in the cellar! After PSM's comment, I'm well-up for a few!

Saturday, I could have had 4 pints of it from Beer Essentials if I'd not already been to Surrey Hills for 4 pints of their Greensand IPA. Maybe Dark Star will have it on sale at the brewery next weekend.

Had this a couple of weeks ago in the Evening Star in Brighton, a very good brew, reminded me of Thornbridge Jaipur/Kipling
