ASDA is now doing as far as I can see everything at 4 for a fiver. This includes the Fuller's beers which are not on multibuy in my Tesco and the magnificent Old Tom.
The Edmonton Green ASDA's four bottles at a fiver offer includes Fuller's Wild River and Black Cab.

Not bottled beer....... but the latest London Drinker contains a voucher "buy one pint of Oakham ales and get a second for only £1.50". Probably worth picking up some LDs if you are planning a visit to the Mansion House.
As part of their Burns Night promotion, Aldi have two beers on special offer from respected Scottish brewer Williams Brothers. Fraoch Heather Ale (5%ABV) and Chieftain Pale Ale (4%ABV). Both are 500ml bottles at £1.39 each. Heather Ale is quite well known, but the Chieftain is brand new and made with 100% lager malt, Styrian and Cascade hops.

I'm not a huge fan of bottled beer, much preferring a pint in the pub. However, this latest offering from M&S is excellent. Brewed by Adnams, under their Jack Brand arm, it's a wonderfully aromatic pale ale, with a long, lingering finish. OK, it's not particularly a bargain, but for something this good I don't mind paying top dollar. Adnams sell their own version, in 330ml bottles, but the M&S ones are 500ml. More info here:
