They feature regularly in the free houses around Hull & at Hull beer festival.

I'm worried it may annoy a few people finding out that, although in the guide it states the brewery as active with 3 ales in reality I'm still waiting to get the brewhouse approved!
I can't see any mention of the brewery on the pub page or the breweries section of the GBG 2011. You're not even mentioned in the "future breweries" bit.

    It looks like you're OK.

Well given that in as little as 2 weeks I may have an active brewery, on site, thanks to some old planning permission that was given but never acted on, I'm now a little disappointed that I'm not in the 'future breweries' bit. I'm off out tonight to celebrate my birthday and hopefully will bump into one of my friends with a copy so I can have a sneak peak

Just started my drinking evening with an Old Empire (my favourite out of the Marston's stable) so it may well happen! I've said I want to drink anywhere but our pub tonight because if another member of staff asks me a question I'm going to scream!

Tried bottled Against The Grain tonight (gluten free, brewed with maize) and have to say I was very impressed. Tasted slightly different, as you'd expect, but beautifully hopped and by no means a novelty beer. I definitely need to try some of their draught beers.

Well at least there shouldn't be any problems from the 'nanny' state.
