If it's half as good as Sheffield Tap...

Well it will be only half the distance from Leeds! (As the train goes)

We've booked a trip to York for the weekend before Xmas, so hoping it will be complete for then. Banners at York fest said opening in November, so should be ok, even if they over run a little.

Are you sure? The place will be absolutely heaving. Still, I've got to admire your dedication Gill.

There were only 3 days available to book on site for the whole of Nov and Dec so we booked them. Yes it will be hectic, but we are just round the corner from the Slip and the Swan so just far enough for a bit of tranquility if needed, but near enough to be a short walk to anywhere.

Great news-I'm hoping to be in or near York early next month-I'll definately go and have a look to see if it is open.

I don't get up there till December, but am really looking forward to going. Sheffield Tap is great, so this one sounds mind blowing.
