The Edgemoor Inn, Edge, Stroud

Hi there, I'm trying to add a pub in the Stroud district in an area known as Edge. Edge is between Painswick and Stroud, but is not listed amongst the other areas. I tried entering the postcode of the pub, but a message came up saying there was no such postcode. I didn't want to list the pub under Painswick or Stroud, because I didn't want to cause confusion. The post code for the pub is GL6 6ND.

Hi Lady Grey,

I had no problem using the postcode, it sounds like you managed to get past that point though otherwise you wouldn't have had a problem with the town names. In common with all the pubs on the system they must be allocated to a Postal Town. Checking on Royal Mail this pub is in Stroud Postal town. We have added The Edgemore Inn, once it is added you can use the areas to allocate it to Edge (as we have done).

Sorry to be a pain, there is a slight error in the spelling. it should be The Edgemoor Inn, rather than Edgemore.
