Got it changed no problems... Can get all of the family photos off this computer now so hopefully it will speed up a bit.

[QUOTE=Conrad;32590 In the interests of offering options, the other online computer retailer I rate is Novatech (my first choice normally).
    [/QUOTE]

Oooh lucky me, I am about 5 miles from Novatech, Portchester, so I get to go into the shop and buy "stuff", I am typing this on my Novatech PC I bought in store last month, as a face to face shopper I have always found them helpful & they know what they are talking about, unlike me

I note there is a Bristol store, do you use on line or face to face Conrad? Just curious

What? Not even with the shopping addendum?

Had a problem visiting Asda (Clapham) for first time and failing to notice park&display requirements. Managed to find only 4 btls of McEwan's Champion (7.3%) & 2 btls Old Peculier (5.2%) at the bobby price of £1, but others at 3 for £4 and ended up with wine & other stuff for decent £134 - only to return to the car & a £60 parking ticket! In Asda car park!
Unaided by the fact that herself has managed to lose the effin receipt between till & car, I return to schmooze customer relations. Forewarned that I'd need the receipt (reasonable), the cust svc manageress arrived and made the ticket go away. What a star, even if it was a completely genuine case. Phew.
Won't be happy if we now get a letter in 10 days saying we've missed the £30 discount for prompt payment of fine...

Embarrassingly I completely missed it. I really do have no sense of humour
