    Default Inverness corrections

This http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/50256/ is now the Loch Ness Inn, and could do with the address correcting per web link, although the map point seems right.

This http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/50241/ now appears to be calling itself The Steadings at the Grouse and Trout. The address is quite different, per web link, but there certainly doesn't seem to be another Grouse and Trout where this entry currently is. The 'Lounge' advertised probably just about makes it a pub.

This http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/50246/ is just called 'Inshes Gate' and this one in Ayr http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/47838/ is 'The Balgarth'.

This one http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/50251/ ought to have North Kessock in a line of its address, otherwise it looks as if it's in central Inverness. I see you've been picking up on some others like this when approving areas. I had originally thought the 'Main Area' function would allow us to add areas into addresses, but that seems to do something else as well which doesn't apply in this sort of scenario. Would be jolly helpful if you could explain a bit more how that works as I still haven't got my head round it.

    Hi Old Blue,

We have corrected the details of Loch Ness Inn, deleted the Grouse & Trout (far easier solution), corrected the names of Inshes Gate and The Balgarth.

We added Noth Kessock to the address of Kessock Hotel, the behaviour is exactly as you suggest. Main area offers a selection of the areas the pub is listed under and any you select become its address and the town gets renamed to a postal town.

    Thanks for those.

    Thanks Conrad

So does that mean when we find pubs that have been put in the wrong postal area, we should use the 'main area' feature to put it right ourselves, rather than asking you to do it as I did with Tomintoul? Or is it intended for something different?

Postal areas have to be reported to us, I would be surprised if we get 10 of those a year though (I sense you are about to prove me wrong). So it isn't worth the time at this point to build a tool.
