For some strange reason the system thinks that the Tomintoul area is within the postal town of Halkirk, even though it's in a completely different part of Scotland. It would best be put in the postal town of Ballindalloch

An odd one that, you are quite correct. The system relies on the Postal Town of the pub, which can sometimes be a little odd, and initially all the pubs were showing as the Postal Town of Halkirk, having a look that is completely wrong and that is where it all stem from.
